Friendly and professional staff throughout my stay.

My room was not properly cleaned. the kettle contained water from the previous guest. Additionally, I was disturbed by an unnecessary call to confirm my check-out time one hour before I was due to leave. Overall, these oversights made my stay quite frustrating and disappointing.

I had a fantastic stay here, especially with the awesome breakfast spread and the spacious room that felt like a home away from home. The sun terrace and garden area were perfect spots to relax and recharge. The only hiccup was getting one bath towel instead of two, but the staff quickly sorted it out! 😊

I had a great time during my solo trip! The king bed room was super spacious and clean. They had all the amenities I needed. One night, they surprised me with a delicious dessert before bed, which was such a nice touch! Service was quick and helpful, but the pillows could've been better.

The bed in the Reflection Club Room was extremely comfortable, making it easy to relax after a long day. The restaurant offered a great range of meals, with the dishes we tried being quite flavorful. Additionally, the room featured a bathtub which added to the luxury experience. The staff was also polite and attentive, ensuring our requests were met promptly.

I really enjoyed my stay, as the staff were incredibly friendly and the check-in process was a breeze, making me feel welcomed as soon as I arrived.

This hotel suits me perfectly, offering excellent wi-fi, a fitness center, and 24-hour reception. I still remember when the staff helped return my shower bag after I forgot it! I always feel welcomed here. can't wait for my next trip!

Just a top selection for a brief stop-in in Mumbai with definitely value for money. The breakfast organized by Chef Nagendra was very tasty and reasonably priced. Make sure to double-check your card details before arriving to avoid any worries.

i loved my stay at mirage hotel, mumbai international airport. the reflection club room was modern and stylish. the location was fantastic, with lots of coffee shops and eateries nearby. the spa was a highlight, offering great massages.
